Information you provide

• Orders: your name, email, and — for physical items — your shipping address.
• Contact form: your name, email, topic, and message.
• Teacher accounts (Cup Conquest Scorekeeper): your email address and password.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits and billing email).

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies needed to run the site and keep you logged in.

How we use your information

To process and fulfill orders, deliver digital downloads and access codes, send order and account emails, respond to your inquiries, operate and secure the Scorekeeper, and improve our sites. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run our business: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase and Vercel (hosting, accounts, and database), and Google Drive (delivering digital files). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Children’s privacy

Our sites and products are intended for teachers and adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Cup Conquest Scorekeeper is deliberately designed so that no student names or personal information are stored — teams are identified by number and optional team/robot name only. Photos on our Gallery have all faces blurred. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and secure checkout. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep order and account information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in those emails (transactional emails, like order confirmations, will still be sent). To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email us at the address below.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
